Technology & operations partner

Technology that makes a business easier to run.

For growing businesses and regulated organizations, we build, secure and run the systems you depend on. From a website that needs replacing to a cloud that needs governing.

We do not only advise. We build and operate service businesses of our own, on this platform, every day.

Two ways in.

The same team that rebuilds a small business’s website governs a regulated cloud estate. That is deliberate: the discipline one needs is the discipline the other benefits from.

Local service companies · professional services · multi-location operators · owner-led businesses

Your business grew. Your systems did not.

A website you can actually change. Bookings that stop arriving as phone messages. Customer records in one place instead of three. Someone who plainly owns Microsoft 365.

Most of it still works. That is what makes it hard to talk about.

An honest read on cloud, identity, recovery and evidence before a failure or an audit finds the gaps for you. We will tell you what we can measure and what we cannot.

Why us

We recommend what we run ourselves.

Most technology providers advise from the outside. We build and operate real service businesses on this platform — the websites, the bookings, the payments, the customer records, the Microsoft tenants, the backups. When we tell you something works, it is because we are running it.

That is also why we can tell the difference between a system that is configured and one that is working.

We are based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and we work with businesses across the Carolinas and further out. Local enough to sit down with you; built to operate anywhere.

Where this usually starts

Most of it still works. That is what makes it hard to talk about.

These are the situations we are asked about most often. They are not failures — they are the ordinary result of a business outgrowing decisions it made earlier.

  • Infrastructure

Infrastructure that has grown without a plan

Each decision made sense on its own. Together they are hard to reason about, and harder to hand to someone new.

  • Backup

Backups that have never been restore-tested

A backup that has never been restored is a hypothesis. We treat an untested restore as unproven, including our own.

  • Tenant

A tenant nobody has reviewed since it was set up

Microsoft 365 defaults were chosen once, by whoever set it up, for a company you may no longer be.

  • Evidence

Getting audit evidence out of systems that do not emit it

The control may well be working. If nothing records it, the audit cannot tell the difference.

  • Access

    Identity and access sprawl

Accounts accumulate faster than they are removed, and the list of who can do what stops matching the org chart.

  • Health

Systems that report healthy without measuring anything

A green dashboard is a claim. It is worth knowing which of yours are measured and which are merely green.

If one of these is yours, we will tell you what we can measure, what we cannot, and what it would take to find out.

The IQCloud Platform

One platform behind every business we run.

Cloud and infrastructure

Landing zones, monitoring, backup, cost baselines.

Control Plane

One operator view: bookings, payments, memberships, analytics, health scores, automations.

On a shared Business Operations OS: bookings, payments, memberships, Customer 360, a common package ecosystem.

Why one platform

We build the technology, and we keep it running.

Shared infrastructure is only worth more than the sum of its parts if the parts share something real.

Both

Shared infrastructure

Identity, billing, scheduling and automation run once, centrally.

Operator playbook

Pricing, dispatch, customer follow-up, hiring. We bring the playbook; the local team keeps the relationships.
