Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. No credit card required up front.
What counts as an operator?
Anyone you grant sign-in access to in your iqcloud workspace — owners, managers, crew leads. Customers are not operators.
Do you charge per-transaction fees?
Payments processed via Stripe pass through Stripe's standard fees. iqcloud does not add a per-transaction surcharge.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I hit my operator limit?
We'll let you know in-app and give you 14 days to either upgrade or pay the +$15/operator/mo overage. We won't lock you out mid-shift.
What's in the "smart assistant" bundle?
On Growth you get 2,000 assistant actions per month included; on Scale you get 10,000. Actions cover reply drafts, scheduling suggestions, and customer summaries. Anything above your bundle is $0.02/action, billed monthly.
Is there an Enterprise plan above Scale?
Yes — for HIPAA-eligible workloads, custom DPA, multi-tenant org provisioning, or SLAs beyond what Scale offers. It's quoted, not list-priced. Email sales to start.
