Pricing

We run the operation. You pay for the outcome.

Two shapes, depending on what you need. Managed plans are published below, and they begin after the build. Taking over a whole operation starts from $1,200/mo, set by an assessment before anything begins.

Growing businesses

Three steps, and the monthly plan is only the last one.

A review tells you what you actually need and fixes the price of the build. The build is one-time. The monthly plan is what it costs to keep it running afterwards — it is not the cost of the website itself.

Step 1

$299

Business Technology Review

Credited in full toward your build.

  • Digital-presence assessment
  • Customer-journey review
  • Business-tool inventory
  • Microsoft 365 ownership check
  • Lead and follow-up process review
  • Backup and continuity questions
  • Priority opportunities and a recommended starting scope
  • Explicit unknowns and limitations
  • The $299 is credited in full against an IQCloud build or an annual managed plan.
  • Credit applies when a scope is countersigned within 30 days of the written review.
  • It reduces the one-time build cost. It is not redeemable for cash.

Step 2

from$2,500

The build

One-time, and separate from the monthly plan. Your exact figure comes from the review.

  • Design and build of the site itself
  • Content, pages and redirects moved across
  • Bookings, payments and forms wired up
  • Launch, and the old platform switched off

Step 3 — running it

Monthly plans start after the build. The build is separate, one-time work; the monthly plan is what it costs to run and improve the site afterwards.

Technology posture review

from$1,500

Cloud, identity, backup, recovery, infrastructure and operational-risk assessment, for growing businesses and regulated environments.

  • Cloud and hosting assessment
  • Identity and access review
  • Backup and recovery posture review
  • Infrastructure inventory review
  • Risk and dependency mapping
  • Operational readiness findings
  • Written recommendations and priority plan

Typical engagements run $1,500 to $5,000 depending on estate size, environments, vendors and review scope. Larger estates are quoted after the assessment, and your figure is set in writing before the work starts.

Scope a posture review

A predictable retainer

One monthly fee covers the whole operation we run for you, sized to your business, not your headcount.

  • The full ops stack, under one roof
  • One bill, no per-seat counting
  • Add operators, locations, and volume without renegotiating
  • Set before we start, no surprise math

Aligned to you

Set before we start

An operational assessment first, then one number in writing. No variable component, and nothing that depends on whose spreadsheet you believe.

  • The floor is published; the assessment sets your figure
  • A fixed monthly fee, not a percentage of your revenue
  • What is in scope is written down, and so is what is not
  • It moves when the work moves, by agreement

Everything included

The retainer covers the whole operation: the same stack we detail on the managed-operations page.

  • Storefront, bookings, and payments
  • Dispatch and scheduling
  • Customer messaging, reviews, and local SEO
  • Reporting

Stripe payment processing fees pass through at standard rates, paid directly by you. We don't add a surcharge.

What sets your number

  • The floor is published, not the quote. It is the smallest true number for taking on an operation. What you pay is set by the assessment, and it is set before we start.
  • We're not selling seats. Add crew, add a location. The figure follows the systems we run and the work they take, not your headcount.
  • A fixed fee, not a share of your revenue. No percentage, no attribution argument, nothing that depends on whose numbers you believe. One monthly figure, in writing.

Common questions

The things owners ask before they hand it over.

Is there a per-seat or per-operator fee?
No. The retainer covers the operation regardless of how many people you put on it. Add crew, add a location. The deal doesn't change out from under you.
Who pays for payments and messaging?
Payments run through Stripe at their standard rates, paid directly by you. We add no surcharge. Messaging and other pass-through costs are billed at cost, never marked up.
What are we committing to?
A working relationship, not a lock-in. You keep the business, the brand and the customers throughout.

Tell us about your business. We'll quote something honest.

A short discovery, then a number that fits what we'd actually run.
