The operating model
We build the technology. You keep the business.
IQCloud builds and runs the technology behind service businesses, on the same platform we sell as technology services. Ownership of the business, its brand and its customer relationships stays with the owner.
Why one platform
We build the technology, and we keep it running.
Shared infrastructure is only worth more than the sum of its parts if the parts share something real.
Shared infrastructure
Identity, billing, scheduling and automation run once, centrally.
Operator playbook
Pricing, dispatch, customer follow-up, hiring. We bring the playbook; the local team keeps the relationships.
Under the hood
How IQCloud works under the hood.
Each business keeps its own identity. Beneath, one shared platform gives leverage no small business could afford alone.
Independent brands: own name, own team, own customers
One shared IQCloud platform
Businesses keep their identity. Central systems provide the leverage. Growth without losing the culture that made each business worth keeping.
The boundary
What stays yours, and what we take responsibility for.
Stays with you
- The business, and the decision to sell it or not.
- The brand, the name and the customer relationships.
- Pricing, and what the business chooses to offer.
- Who works there, and how the work gets done.
We take responsibility for
- The systems inside an agreed scope, written down first.
- Keeping them patched, monitored and recoverable.
- Saying plainly when something falls outside that scope.
- Handing back what we hold, if the arrangement ends.
The scope is the whole agreement. Anything outside it is a conversation, not an assumption — and we would rather have that conversation than absorb the work silently and be wrong about it later.
