Who we are

iqCloud is an operating group based in the United States. We build and run a portfolio of software-led ventures, including (among others) Classy Scoops, IoTGuardian, CrownClean, Haulr, Aperture & Frame Studios, Greenlawn, Hotshot, RentQC, Carolina Crown, and AlphaGen. Each venture is the data controller for its own customers and publishes its own service-specific privacy notice on its own website. This policy covers data we collect through iqcloud.cloud and shared corporate functions across the group.

What we collect

Depending on how you interact with iqCloud or one of our ventures, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number, and business name when you contact us, sign up for a service, or request information.
  • Payment: billing address and transaction history. Card numbers are entered directly into our payment processor and we do not store them ourselves.
  • Usage: pages viewed, features used, and basic analytics needed to operate and improve the services.
  • Device: IP address, browser, operating system, and similar technical information sent by your device.
  • Service content: information you submit through a venture's service (for example, photos, scheduling details, or messages) handled under that venture's own privacy notice.

How we use your information

We use the information above to deliver and support the services you request, process payments, communicate with you about your account or inquiry, keep our systems secure, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share your information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business and only as needed for them to do that work. The main categories are:

  • Payment processors that handle billing on our behalf.
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that run our services.
  • Email, messaging, and analytics providers that help us communicate with you and understand how the services are used.
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) where reasonably required.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of iqCloud, our customers, or others.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of certain uses such as targeted advertising. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions (GDPR) have specific statutory rights, which we honor. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal and accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
